How long does it take to tone up and notice results?Any good health tips?

i`m trying to get my little tummy away after my pregnancy…I`m not fat i just want to get some muscle, or at least get my loose skin away. I eat healthy, mostly proteins. I try to train pilates at least 4 times a week for everything from 30 min. to a hour.I bicycle 4 days a week 30 min. How long is it before you start to notice a change? icon smile How long does it take to tone up and notice results?Any good health tips? If you have any good recipes please post them…
