  1. You have done it again. Excellent video. In this one you forgot about ORGANIC foods, actually all should be Organic. If they are not, then none of the nutrients are present. Unfortunately, non-organic food is full of carcinogenic pesticides, herbicides, full of CHEMICALS, NO VITAMINS!. So, watch this video but make all the things mentioned ORGANIC, then you really will be doing something for your health.

  4. @agaragarlove white rice is horrible for you, it makes you bloated, you should stop eating white rice and switch to brown, actually, you should not eat any rice, for carbs go for oatmeal or swiss muesli you won’t regret it.

  5. @carrotheadonpoop I gave up eating jack in the box and all other fast foods 2 years ago and I lost 40 pounds and got RIPPED like you wouldn’t believe. I used to weigh 180 now I’m 140 and much more muscular and slim. Believe me, chicks will flock towards you once that happens. I always have chicks hitting on me. . . too bad for them I’m gay LMAO

  7. nice vid ^^ im my country we don’t eat much fast food,we eat mainly home prepared meals. I eat a lot of fruit and i guess that kinda helps me but there isn’t a person in the world who has perfect skin

My guess is that since skin color depends on melanin and melanin depends on genetic and environmental factors (not on nutrition), there is no effect of vegetarianism on skin color. Look at Asian Indians for evidence. A lot of them are dark (due to spiritual reasons) but a lot of them also tend of be medium to dark skin-toned.
