  9. hey u i work !! i stop eating junk food and stop drinking soda and i do it everyday for 50 and now it work i got 4 pack but it isn’t much visible much but it is like still have a fat layer covering it a bit

  25. I tried it and this really works. . . I am 20 and I did 60 each of everything that she said,and I had a couple of eggs with milk 4 breakfeast and I had lunch or dinner at 4:00pm that was only vegetables or fruits
