They have OTC stuff to help reduce the visibility of stretch marks. When she is feeling better, regular exercise and diet will help her get back into shape and tighten her skin again. To get a glowing face. . still take vitamins and lots of water

Yes, she can get a tummy tuck (abdomen dermolipectomy). It is a plastic surgery procedure which will get her tummy back to its original condition.

Wait the full 6 weeks you are supposed to wait till you go back to your normal exercise, sex ,etc. Have her talk to her doctor or a dermatologist about how to get rid of strech mark/discolorings

It all depends on how she gave birth, was it vaginal or a c-section. The doctors will tell you that after you have given birth usually 4-6 weeks after they don’t want you to do anything strenous because you body is going back to its regular state and is healing. Tell your sister to use palmers cocoa butter or mederma for stretch marks. Drink plenty of water and to eat healthy, exercise and more importantly get as much sleep as she possibly can, tell her sleep when the baby sleeps.

Its hard when you try to do something about it after the baby’s birth. Usually a mother can reduces the after effects of a child birth during the pregnancy. Excising is important and there are a lot of over the counter cream and lotions to help reduces stretch marks. Coco butter is a inexpensive solution to stretch marks. Plus watching her diet is key. Many women mistake during their pregnancy they are eating for two and may tend to over eat. So watching that weight during and after the pregnancy can help get back into shape. By the way I did a lot of research for my wife when we had our first child. Ty.

Skin is like leather. If you get it wet, and put it in the sun, it tightens uip. My fiance has been tanning (in the sun, naturally, not in a booth) all summer, and her stretch marks are almost invisible.

does she breastfeed? if so, this can make her lose weight alot faster. if she is, drinking lots of water is important(i mean alot!!) and this increases your metabolism. as for stretch marks, none of those creams really work. they lighten up in time on their own.

palmer’s lotion makes all kinds of stretch mark formulas and you can find them at wal-mart or most drug stores.
i don’t know if they really help. . . but it’s worth a try!
as for getting skin back in shape. . . i am still waiting to go into labor. . . so, i’m not wearing it yet, but intend to wear a big ol girdle to suck it all back in. i’m gonna wear that thing every day! i’ve heard they help. . . i don’t know, but we’ll see. and i mean one of those spanx girdles that go from the thighs to the chest!!!
also, a well balanced diet full of fruits and veggies will help and also have her drink tons of water. . . . water will help nourish her skin and flush her body out!
oh and plenty of milk for her teeth and nails. . . does a body good!
take care:)
