Hello, i am a junior. I got a lot of stuffs to do; preparing for the SAT, Ap classes, subjects in school….. how to take care of my body and health? i mean by organizing a schedule for myself. thank u

  1. Post a bulletin board in your room.
    Organize it with the things you must do every day like exercise, drink water, eat, sleep.
    Write it down. Eat when I get up, eat at school, eat when I get home. Exercise at least once a day, plan it out. Sleep from 11 pm to 7 am (or?).
    Drink 1 gallon of water a day (not soda or milk or energy drinks just plain water) You need it for good health.

    Then fill in with things like homework, games, sports, free-time and the like.
    By doing this you are getting on a schedule. Once it becomes 2nd nature you will no longer need to track it.

  2. Hi first and foremost DIET eat plenty of fruit, vegies drink plenty of water,and the essential foods daily without heaps of high fat fast foods,as that ensures you are taking care of the engine(body)
    Exercise is next even if you walk or run when going somewhere instead of transport as long as not to far.
    Simple exercise will help you keep toned together with Diet then you will sail thru all your assignments easily.
    Take time out even if short to relax then come back refreshed even if only 15 mins every hour or so. cheers ?
