Must it be early in the morning, cant I jog in the night after dineer?

Also, I understand jogging makes the breast sag, is this true? as I jog naked in my living-room

  2. Jogging is a form of cardiovascular fitness. You should be trying to jog at the least 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week. (The American College of Sports Medicine guidelines are MOST days a week, which would be 4). You should be working up a sweat when you are jogging. . . feel a shortness of breath. . . and feel your heart working a little harder depending on your fitness level (Assuming that you are using a treadmill to run on and not just running around your living room). If none of these are occurring, you might try jogging outside and routing a path to measure distance and time. Nothing beats fresh air!

  4. Jog involves your quads (thighs), hamstrings and calves. Your upper body is also involves. But jogging is not enoguh to increase the size of those muscles. They help them to be more efficient in removing lactic acid, but they don’t break them down sufficiently so they can grow again.

The biggest organ that benefits is the heart. It makes it stronger and more eficient to pump more blood and increases your body’s ability to consume oxygen and burn fuel. Since your muscles require energy, the body meets the demand by tapping into the fat reserves which are then burnt with the help of oxygen supplied by the blood.
