How can I take care of my sore body after a car accident?

A D V E R T I S E M E N T

i had been in the hospital for two weeks with fairly serious injuries. the doctor has given me pain medication, but i’m still sore all over my entire body. i have asked the doctor what to do, and they’ve really just suggested the pain medication and usual remedies, as well as rest, but those aren’t helping. does anyone know of anything i can do at home to alleviate the sore body?

  1. Rest. . . then rest. . . then rest some more. . . Your body needs time to heal itself, the pain is just part of the process take your meds and rest. . . maybe have someone start a nice hot bath for you and just spend some time soaking in a hot bath. That may help you relax. But the best thing, take your meds, drink lots of water, and rest.

  2. Buy some unprocessed sea salt and put it in a bath to soak in.

Be sure it’s genuine unprocessed sea salt, and not the stuff they sell at Walmart – which is nothing more than regular table salt; neither of which is good for you.

Check out unprocessed sea salt on ebay. Look for something like Celtic Sea Salt.

Genuine sea salt has over 80 trace minerals that are badly needed by the body. Regular table salt is stripped of its nutrients and is no good for you – they only put iodine in it so that it won’t be condemned for being totally unhealthy.
